What is FRIENDS Divine Mercy Apostolate?
The FRIENDS Divine Mercy Apostolate was founded in May 2007 to establish framework for the renewed Community Mission/Vision to reach out to more people by propagating the Divine Mercy of Jesus.
FDMC now has two major growth priorities the Divine Mercy Apostolate and the existing Charismatic Activities.
The Apostolate covers two important functions: Propagation of the Devotion of the Divine Mercy and Works of Mercy (Outreach Arm).
A Supervising Elder oversees all the FDMA activities, in consultation with the Director/Advisor and the Council of Elders.
MISSION:
To share the DIVINE MERCY of JESUS through propagation and works of mercy.
VISION:
By year 2016, on the occasion of FDMC’s Silver Anniversary, we envision that we will have around:
- 350 DMOB chapters nationwide bringing the Divine Mercy to every household.
- 50 international satellite chapters in different parts of the world.
- 400 DMOB ministers/trainors in the Philippines and all over the world
- House of Mercy - a caring home for the sick, hungry and the needy
